greenpointdots provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to security assessments, vulnerability testing, compliance consulting, incident response, security training, and related cybersecurity consulting services. User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to:

Payment Terms

Payment terms for cybersecurity services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Dutch law. greenpointdots reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts until payment is received.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, greenpointdots B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless greenpointdots B.V., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms specified in individual contracts. greenpointdots reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
